Article To change the security settings for a workflow:

Click on the Tools tab in the ribbon.

Click on the down arrow beside My Workflows? in the Workflows command set to display the Manage Workflows option.

Click on the Manage Workflows option to display the Workflow Definitions screen which displays a list of available workflows.

Select the workflow for which you want to change security permissions and right-click on it to display a list of available menu options.

Click on Security to display the Security Properties – Workflow Permissions screen.

Right-click in the Users/Groups area to display the menu option and click on Add to display the Select Users and Groups screen.

Select the User/Group that you want to add and click on OK to return to the Security Properties screen and then click Apply to return to the Workflow Definitions screen.
