Article To change the security settings for OCR Extraction Templates:

Click on the Tasks tab in the ribbon.

Click on OCR Extractions Templates/Forms to display the Extraction Templates and Forms screen.

Click on the down arrow in the Template Info area to display a list of available Extraction Templates and Forms and select one of the templates.

Click on the Security button to display the Extraction Template Permissions screen.

Right-click in the Users/Groups area to display the menu option and click on Add to display the Select Users and Groups screen.

Select the User/Group that you want to add and click on OK to return to the Security Properties screen.

Check the boxes for the type of security you want the user to have and then click on Apply to return to the Extraction Templates and Forms screen.

Click on Close when you are finished.
